  1. Hey Orhan,

I recently started learning Rails and the first thing I wanted to do for my web app was create an authentication system for both Facebook and Twitter using Devise and Omniauth. The good news is that I was able to get Facebook to work by following the OmniAuth Facebook wiki.

My next challenge has been trying to figure out how to have users sign up with Twitter while first providing a first and last name on some sort of sign up page. To do so I’ve been scouring the net trying to find a solution and luckily came across your post:

My question to you is what would be the best approach to integrate the additional requirements for Twitter registrations with the code I already have? I put most of what I have on SO but please let me know if you need to see more to help:

    Thanks so much,
    CJ
